5Rhythms Dance Newtown November

You're invited to join our soulful 5Rhythms dance floor. We dance to a wave of music - through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. There are no steps to learn, but there's gentle facilitation and inspiring music to get you moving. Dancing mindfully helps us turn down the volume on our thoughts and access the wisdom of our bodies. The founder of this practice Gabrielle Roth says, "Movement is my medicine, my meditation, my metaphor and my method, a living language we can rely upon to tell us the truth about who we are." We dance once a month in Newtown. All details and dates published at movingpath.org This is a sober dance floor. There's also no talking, phones or street shoes on the dance floor - this creates a safe and sacred space. Please get in touch if you have any questions. Big love, Naomi.
