Step away from the everyday and join us for an intimate evening in the garden, where vibrant plant-based food meets the immersive world of sound, vibration and embodied awareness. Discover fresh flavours through a live food demonstration and tasting with Jeevi, the Laughing Chef. Then settle into a multi-instrument sound journey with Miray from The Healing Starlight, featuring singing bowls, flute, handpan, shamanic drum, Acutonics and a gentle Reiki offering. Created through the coming together of two complementary practices, Nourish & Flow invites you to explore different ways of nourishing yourself — through food, sound, presence and connection. Explore new flavours, discover ingredients and celebrate the simple pleasure of preparing and sharing food together. 🎶 Flow with Miray — The Healing Starlight Sound • Vibration • Reiki • Embodied Awareness Immerse yourself in a live, multi-instrument sound journey featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, flute, handpan, shamanic drum and more. From gentle tones and flowing melodies to grounding rhythms, each instrument offers a different soundscape, inviting you to slow down, listen and notice what arises in your own experience. Acutonics & Vibrational Exploration Discover Acutonics tuning forks and explore sound and vibration as part of a sensory experience centred on listening, resonance and embodied awareness. A magnetic patch experience will also be included. Reiki & Energy Work A gentle Reiki offering will form part of the gathering, creating space for rest, stillness and personal exploration. Any touch-based practice will always be guided by consent, comfort and individual choice. You can rest comfortably, close your eyes if you wish, or simply listen. There’s no right or wrong way to experience the session, and nothing you need to achieve. With a background in Chemical Engineering and years of exploration across sound, energy and embodied practices, her work brings together curiosity, structure and intuitive, body-led exploration. Her relationship with the body has also extended into water through her training in Aquatic Bodywork, deepening her exploration of movement, breath, buoyancy, touch and the body’s capacity to soften when supported by water. She is particularly interested in the relationship between sound, frequency, sensation and the body — exploring how vibration can become something not only heard but physically experienced. Working with singing bowls, Acutonics tuning forks, voice and other instruments, Miray approaches sound as a sensory and embodied experience rather than simply something we listen to. Her work is intuitive rather than formulaic. She creates space for people to notice, explore and experience themselves through sound, voice, movement, sensation and presence. For Nourish & Flow, Miray brings together Acutonics, Reiki and a live multi-instrument sound journey. Jeevi — Laughing Chef Plant-Based & Raw Vegan Chef • Retreat Chef • Laughter Yoga Facilitator Jeevi, known as “The Laughing Chef,” is a Sydney-based plant-based and raw vegan chef, retreat chef, and laughter yoga facilitator. Specialising in vibrant, nourishing vegan and gluten-free food, Jeevi brings creativity, warmth, and joyful energy to retreats, workshops, events, and private dining experiences. Through delicious food and engaging presentations, Jeevi shares a passion for mindful eating and holistic wellbeing—making learning about food approachable, inspiring, and fun. For Nourish & Flow, Jeevi invites you to experience the colour, creativity and pleasure of plant-based food. 🌸 WHO IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR? You don’t need any previous experience. Just bring your curiosity and come as you are. 🌿 WHAT TO BRING To make yourself comfortable during the sound journey, please bring: • A yoga mat to create your own comfortable space. • A blanket to keep warm while resting. • A small pillow or cushion, if you’d like extra support. All food demonstration materials, tasting provisions and sound instruments will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for an outdoor garden setting and check the weather before attending. 🤍 GOOD TO KNOW Arrival & setting The event runs from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Maroubra Flow Garden, Sydney. Please arrive a little early to settle in and get comfortable. As this is an outdoor gathering, please dress for the weather. Any weather-related changes will be communicated to ticket holders. Your comfort & consent All practices are optional. You’re welcome to adjust your position, take a break or step away whenever you need to. Consent will be sought before any touch-based Reiki practice. Sound sensitivity The sound journey includes a variety of instruments, rhythms and sound intensities. If you have sound sensitivity, tinnitus or other sensory considerations, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your needs.
