Elemental Flow

In Eastern medicine, it is understood that the elements we experience in nature also exist within us. Like the changing seasons, these elemental energies are constantly shifting, and at times can fall out of balance. Spring is governed by the Wood element, inviting growth, expansion, adaptability and fresh perspective. This 90-minute elemental practice will flow from fluid, dynamic movement into nourishing stillness. We’ll explore the qualities of Wood and the energetics of its associated organs, the Liver and Gallbladder, through a Yang to Yin yoga practice. This is a space to reconnect with the body, cultivate balance and move with the season of growth.
