Free Yoga on the New Law Lawns | STUVAC Semester 2! Take a break from the study spiral and join us for free yoga at the New Law Lawns as part of STUVAC - a week of wellness activities to help you reset, recharge and get through exam stress with a little more calm and a little less chaos. Led by a qualified yoga instructor, these gentle morning sessions are designed to help you stretch, breathe, move your body and take a proper pause from exams, revision and laptop-induced posture crimes. We’ll be running four free sessions across two mornings: Tuesday 10 November Session 1: 9:00am - 9:45am Session 2: 10:00am - 10:45am Wednesday 11 November Session 3: 9:00am - 9:45am Session 4: 10:00am - 10:45am Registrations are essential, as spaces are limited. Please make sure you register for the session you’d like to attend. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early so you have time to check in, settle in and get comfortable before the session begins. What to bring: 👉 Your own yoga mat 👉 A water bottle 👉 A towel or blanket 👉 Breathable clothes to move in The New Law Lawns can get quite hot and sunny approaching summer, so we recommend bringing a hat and some sunscreen to protect your skin! No prior yoga experience is needed, all levels are welcome. Just bring yourself, your mat, and a willingness to give your nervous system a tiny holiday.
