We'll begin with gentle intention-setting preparing you for the main experience — a lying-down meditation accompanied by a sound healing journey carefully designed to support emotional, mental, and energetic release. In this deep meditative state, you may experience a dance of emotions, sensations, spontaneous body movements, visuals, and insights that help release blockages in your body and energy field. Each session is unique — no two experiences are ever the same, and each one provides exactly what your body and mind need in that moment. After the session you are invited to stay for tea, snacks and conversation to connect with others in the group if you choose. No experience is needed.
