Held by nature, guided with care. Take a gentle pause from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with nature in the beautiful surrounds of Cooper Park. Drawing inspiration from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), these guided Forest Therapy experiences combine evidence-informed practices with mindful nature connection to support wellbeing. What to expect • 🌿 Gentle guided Forest Therapy experience • 🚶 Approximately 1.5km over 3 hours at a relaxed pace • ☕ Japanese-inspired tea ceremony • 📖 Nature journaling • 🌳 Small group experience • 📍 Exact meeting location provided after booking No special fitness or experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to slow down. Proudly supported by Woollahra Council through the Community Grants Program, in collaboration with Older Women's Network NSW. Bookings are essential as places are limited.
