OLOVO Inflow Retreat: Come Alive

InFlow November: Come Alive You may have become very good at doing. This is a place to simply be, and come back to what feels alive in you. Somewhere along the way, creativity, joy and feeling alive got filed under “later”. After the deadline, after everyone else is okay. For many of us, later never arrives, and quietly, the spark goes dim. When we asked women in our What Women Want survey what they were longing for, the answer was clear. Joy, aliveness and creativity. So that’s where we’re going. Creativity reminds us we are more than what we produce. Joy tells the body it is safe to soften. Aliveness is being present in our lives again, not just getting through them. InFlow is the heart of the OLOVO Lifeforce Community, a monthly gathering that helps women come home to their body, energy, voice and own knowing. The morning unfolds gently guiding us back into the body through somatic movement, then we move into feeling into who we are becoming and then creating space for presence and creativity, where there is nothing to get right. We finish around the table with brunch and conversation. You arrive carrying a lot. You leave held, restored and a little more alive.
