She Pilates 9am x YHA Sydney Harbour

Join us this Saturday morning 9-10am for our iconic rooftop mat pilates session at the YHA Sydney Harbour overlooking stunning Sydney! Enjoy a 45 minute fun full body class with our female community ending with a stretch, open to all levels as we move into the weekend taking in fresh air, views, vibes and a lil vitality. Note: Mats are provided just bring yourself, a water bottle and optional sunscreen/cap as we flow and connect.Venue Instructions:When you enter the YHA Hostel in the Rocks head up the stairs or via the lift to level 1 (reception/cafe area). The lovely staff at the front desk will direct you and let you up to level 3 in the lift where you will find the rooftop for our class together. Wet Weather: In the event of rain, we'll move indoors to the Big Dig Room on Level G, so please keep an eye on your emails for any updates. If it's only a light drizzle, we'll still be heading to the rooftop as planned.
