Sound Bath with Luke Collins - Himalayan Sound Medicine

Held in the beautiful space of the Flourmill in Newtown, a journey of sound, energy and presence with ancient instruments from the Himalayas The event is an immersion into the traditional sound healing of the Himalayas. When combined with yoga nidra and breath, as has been known for thousands of years , this work can bring deep calibration of the nervous system and energy. A bit about me , I trained in Nepal on the very instruments I sought and brought back. Many of which are hundreds of years old that form a link back to the old traditions and lineages of the masters who were the custodians before me.
