Soundscape

Join Paul Peterson and Dorcey Rutter for an afternoon of guided breath practices, meditation informed by neuroscience and immersive sound at Dharma Shala, Bondi. Paul brings breath and sound. Dorcey brings sound and meditation, drawing on her background in neuroscience. Together, they blend evidence-informed practices with a carefully crafted musical journey, creating space to step away from the busy and settle into the present. Expect gentle guidance, moments of stillness and sound you can sink into. Their shared love of house music and experience in the industry bring a musical sensibility to the afternoon, with thoughtful attention to atmosphere, rhythm and flow. Whether you’re new to meditation or already have a practice, you’re welcome. There’s nothing to achieve: get comfortable, explore at your own pace and let yourself be guided. And everyone receives a goody bag. We do mean a GOODY bag. 😉 Saturday 24 October | 4–6pm Dharma Shala, Bondi Your ticket includes the full two-hour experience and a goody bag. Come for the sound. Stay for the exhale. 🤎
