Spring Meridian Reset: Myofascial Release, Yin & Live Vocal Sound Bath

Join us for an immersive unique experience, to release tension, calm the mind and reset for Spring Season After our last workshop here sold out, we’re returning to this beautiful space with a new experience — this time accompanied by the live, angelic voice of Yasco, creating an immersive sound journey alongside sound bowls and other acoustic instruments. As Spring arrives, Traditional Chinese Medicine associates this season with the Wood element, representing growth, renewal, flexibility and forward movement. It is traditionally connected with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. This workshop invites you to release what feels stuck, create space within the body and mind, and reconnect with the energy of moving forward. The Experience We'll begin with myofascial release using massage balls to explore areas of tension as well as acupressure points connected with the wood element, which is the element of Spring. From there, we'll move into Yin Yoga poses connected with Liver and Gall Bladder Meridian lines, allowing breath and stillness to create deeper awareness of the body. As the body gradually softens in Yin, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxing live vocal sound journey with Yasco — her beautiful voice, sound bowls and acoustic instruments filling the natural acoustics of the church. Rather than rushing from one thing to the next, this is an opportunity to slow down and reset this spring. This unique setting provides a peaceful and intimate environment away from the usual pace of the weekend. You don't need to be experienced in Yin Yoga, myofascial release or meditation.
