LETTING GO | 9D BREATHWORK What are you ready to stop carrying? We can hold onto so much without even realising it. Old emotions, relationships, expectations, resentment, fear, stories about ourselves and things that simply no longer belong in the life we’re creating. Letting Go is a powerful 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you create space to release what you’ve been holding onto and reconnect with yourself. Using a combination of conscious connected breathwork, immersive sound, somatic techniques, hypnotic suggestion and subconscious reprogramming, this journey takes you beyond simply thinking about letting go and invites you to experience it through the body. You don’t need to have done breathwork before. You don’t need to know exactly what you need to release. You simply need to arrive with an open mind and a willingness to breathe. What to expect We’ll begin by settling into the space, connecting as a group and preparing the body for the journey. You’ll then lie back, put on your headphones and be guided through an immersive 9D Breathwork experience. You may experience emotional release, physical sensations, moments of clarity, deep relaxation or powerful insights. Every person's experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way for your journey to unfold. Afterwards, there will be time to gently integrate your experience before heading back into your day.
