Chakradance™ with Goddess Aphrodite: Awaken & Create

Your sensuality and creative flow never left. It has just been waiting. Come and dance with Goddess Aphrodite. So many of us have learned to put pleasure last. We get busy. We take care of everyone else. We stop playing, stop creating, stop feeling joy in our own bodies. Aphrodite is the energy of beauty, pleasure and creative flow. She lives in the sacral chakra, where our emotions, sensuality, and creativity are born. This session invites you to move into that energy through music, movement and embodiment. You will be guided to soften, let your hips and body move freely, and reconnect with the parts of you that love to feel, create, and enjoy. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right. It is about letting yourself receive and remembering that joy belongs to you too. Aphrodite invites you to ask: Where have I been holding back my pleasure? What wants to be created through me? Includes guided movement, music, energetic exploration and mandala creation What to bring A yoga mat and a water bottle. Date: Sundays 11 AM- 1:00 PM Location: Langley Exchange: $55 | Duo pack: $82.50
