The Exhale: A Special 2 Hour Yin + Yoga Nidra Practice

The Exhale is two full hours dedicated to slowing down and giving yourself somewhere to land before another year begins. The space between Christmas and New Year’s can be a strange one. We’ve just come through one of the busiest times of the year, and already the conversation starts shifting toward what comes next. New goals. New intentions. New versions of ourselves. For one evening, we’re leaving all of that alone. The Exhale is two full hours dedicated to slowing down and giving yourself somewhere to land before another year begins. We’ll start with 60 minutes of Yin Yoga, spending time in longer-held shapes with space to notice what’s happening rather than trying to accomplish anything with the practice. From there, we’ll transition into 60 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep rest. You’ll have time to get completely comfortable, settle in, and experience a full Nidra without squeezing it into the final few minutes of class. There’s nothing you need to release. Nothing you need to resolve. And nothing about yourself you need to improve before January arrives. Come exactly as you are at the end of this year. We’ll practice from there.
