BODY & HEART - An Embodied Partner Experience Learn the Art of Giving & Receiving Loving-Kindness through Thai Massage. Immerse yourself in an evening of embodied connection, designed to open the body and heart through partnered Thai Massage and other attuned embodiment practices. During this 3-hour playshop, you will have an opportunity to connect with self and other in a fun, experiential format. We begin the evening with gentle guided breath and movement before moving into the partnered practice. Nicole will guide you through an exchange of a sweet and simple one-hour Thai Massage flow. Each person will have an opportunity to both give and receive, leaving you with a feeling of rejuvenation, connection, and care. Thai Massage is performed fully clothed on a floor mat, as a series of facilitated stretches that unwind and open the body. You will learn basic techniques that you can continue to practice with loved ones at home. Limited to 8 pairs / 16 participants. Bring a beloved, friend, or just yourself. Solo participants are welcome, and will be thoughtfully paired with another single participant to the best of our ability. How to Prepare: Wear loose comfortable clothing and arrive with a light stomach. Bring: Water Eye Covering (optional) Provided: Yoga Mat Blanket Pillows
