You may also send a substitute participant at no additional charge at any time (substitutes must meet course prerequisites). To request a transfer or substitution, email [email protected]. Refunds Refund requests must be submitted through Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.ca/mytickets) and are issued as follows: • More than 14 days before the course – Full refund (100%) • 7–14 days before the course – 50% refund • Less than 7 days before the course – No refund Eventbrite processing fees are subject to their own refund policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances. Course Changes SiROC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be rescheduled to the next available session or may choose an alternative future date.
