The Pause: A Restorative Gathering for Women

Set the to-do list aside. Join other women for honest conversation, guided reflection, and a little breathing room before the year ends. If you’re a woman who’s carried a lot this year, the plans, the people, the things that came out of nowhere, and you’re feeling like you’ve lost track of yourself in it all, you’re not imagining it. Now the new year is already asking for a list. And chances are you’ve spent this whole year fitting yourself in around everything else. The Pause begins with you instead. It’s a small, in-person day of restoration for women, and each one gathers around its own theme, shaped by the season we’re in. This December’s theme is A Year Lived, A Self Remembered, A Way Forward. We’ll move through each part of the theme together, using journaling, somatic practices, guided reflection and conversation. You’ll walk away with a greater appreciation for the woman who’s lived through this year, a clearer sense of what you need, and a personal foundation of care you can return to all through 2027. All day, you get to be the guest. Lunch is made for you, and there’s hot chocolate, warming teas and treats on the table. You don’t have to plan anything, prepare anything or take care of anyone.
