Together, we'll move slowly through gentle, floor-based restorative yoga, followed by guided meditation. This is not a class about pushing yourself, perfecting a pose, or achieving anything. It's about creating enough space to notice what your body has been carrying and letting yourself soften. You can expect: • Gentle, restorative movement • Supported floor-based postures • Guided meditation and stillness • Time to simply slow down and be present No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Whether you've had a long week, your mind won't stop running, or you simply know you need a little more space to breathe, this evening is an opportunity to come back to yourself. Come comfortable.
