The Salt Cave Frequency Reset

On Tuesday, September 22nd from 6:30–7:30 PM, step into Kelowna’s Himalayan salt cave for a rare 60-minute immersive frequency experience designed to bring your body and mind back into harmony. Only 8 people will be in the room. You’ll lie down inside a dimly lit cave carved entirely from glowing Himalayan salt, the air mineral-rich, the atmosphere still, the world outside completely gone. This is not just a sound bath. This is a guided ceremonial sound experience led by Karlee Rose, using: • crystal singing bowls infused with gemstone resonance • grounding drum & chime sequences • intuitive vocal activation & original song • nervous system attunement through sound & presence Rather than following a fixed script, each experience is intuitively guided and shaped by the energy of the group, allowing the sound, silence, and ceremony to unfold in the way that is most supportive for those present. To deepen the experience, each participant will receive a personalized intuitive vocal transmission, offered in support of whatever their system is ready to receive and integrate. The sound doesn’t just surround you, it moves through you, interacting with the salt-lined space to deepen sensory integration, emotional regulation and energetic release. With only 8 spaces available, the intimacy of this experience is what makes it so powerful. No two journeys are ever the same because no two groups carry the same energy. While the floor of salt crystals is relatively soft like a large-grain sand beach, it can be uncomfortable for some due to the length of the event. There are meditation cushions that can be used inside the cave for your comfort as well. Attendees must arrive NO EARLIER than 6:15 PM to sign-in, get the waiver settled, and get comfortable in the cave. We start promptly at 6:30 PM the latest, and the event goes till 7:30 PM. Over the past decade, she has guided thousands of people through private sessions, sound journeys, retreats, festivals, and transformational experiences. Each gathering is intuitively facilitated, creating a deeply personal experience that supports regulation, emotional integration, and a return to inner clarity. Her work invites people beyond relaxation into a deeper remembrance of who they are, where the body softens, the mind quiets, and authentic transformation begins.
