Full description from organizerShow less
Dive deep, reconnect, and own your story through moving, feeling, and being fully present. You've done the reading. Maybe even the therapy. You understand yourself intellectually, and yet there are patterns that keep showing up. Reactions you can't quite explain. A version of yourself you can sense but can't seem to reach. That's not a failure of effort. It's an invitation to go deeper. The Self 360 is a 6-week experiential journey through five archetypes, five parts of you that have always been there, shaping how you see, decide, feel, and move through the world. Through story, somatic practice, and reflective conversation, you'll begin to recognize these parts not as abstract concepts, but as living forces within you, ones that hold the answers your mind alone has been unable to find. Each week builds on the last. Each session takes you a little further in. This is for you if: You feel like something needs to change, but you can't put your finger on what or where to start You've been working hard toward something you want, and it's starting to feel hollow You notice yourself cycling through the same fears, the same self-doubt, the same reaching for control, and you're tired You want to understand yourself at a level that goes beyond what you think, into what you feel, sense, and know in your body You're not broken. You're in the middle of a story. The Self 360 is your chance to finally meet it, all of it. What You'll Move Through Week 1 — Introduction to Archetypes: The Call to Imagination Week 2 — Setting a Clear Vision Week 3 — Boundaries & Motivation in the Face of Challenge Weeks 4 & 5 — Working with the Inner Critic Week 6 — Turning the Battlefield into a Garden * Please note, this fee is for the whole 6-week journey* Your Facilitator Jessie Rivest is a leadership coach, facilitator, and certified practitioner with Oliver Mythodrama and Archetypes at Work™. She blends archetypal psychology, somatic practice, and storytelling to create a container where real things can surface, not just insights you think your way to, but truths you feel your way into. Jessie has worked with entrepreneurs and executive teams through some of their most significant transitions, and her approach is rooted in one core belief: the wisdom you're looking for already lives inside you. This work helps you find it.
