Join us for an evening designed to help you anchor into your body, quiet your mind and connect with like minded women Set at Kuva Wellness on Lake Okanagan downtown Kelowna, this gathering combines contrast therapy (floating sauna + cold lake plunge) with somatic practices to help you clear mental noise and leave feeling restored. What to Expect • Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) & Guided Meditation: Gentle, grounded techniques to calm your mind and settle into your body before you begin the contrast therapy • Sauna & Cold Plunge Cycles: Sweat, plunge, and rest in Kuva’s floating setup on the lake. • Guided Conversation Prompts: Thoughtful, uplifting prompts to spark genuine connection with the group, or to reflect on quietly in your journal between heat cycles.
