Its time to untangle body & mind Join us at The Pillars Elora on select Wednesday evenings as we choose to put ourself first for this dreamy, relaxing experience. Set to candlelight and beautiful soothing music, we will move through deep theraputic stretching and slow breathing, untangling mind and body and finding space for rest. If you wish, we finish with a lavender mini temple massage. Linger after to enjoy a tea & treat, connect with neighbours and float home feeling restored and relaxed for the most incredible sleep. **Transportation directly to your bed not provided** 😉
