Using a wide variety of traditional Chinese, Nepalese and Indian gongs, along with an array of percussion instruments and cymbals from around the world, I invite you on a journey through rich and meditative soundscapes. Come discover for yourself why Gongs — ancient instruments found across many mystical traditions — have captivated so many people! ✨ Floating on the waves of vibration, we will explore together the subtle movement between intuition and embodiment: opening an inner space to listen to what is seeking to emerge, and bringing these perceptions back into the body, the breath, and the present moment. A time to slow down, listen deeply, and allow what lies beneath the surface to emerge. 🪶 In the beautiful space of Centre Connexion in Ste-Thérèse, I invite you to experience a unique sound journey designed to encourage deep relaxation and re-harmonization of the nervous system. Whether lying down or seated, each participant is the master of their own experience. In 2026, she released SOUND SYSTEM, an album infused with global sounds and reggae influences. She is also active in the publishing world, writing and producing songs for other artists, television, and film.
