Earth + Tonic is an opportunity to explore the rich history and unique flavors of plant-based Caribbean cuisine in Montreal. Join us on Nov. 9 evening for a tasting menu made with organic, Quebec grown produce by CocoYam and alcohol free nutritional beverages made with Haitian herbs from by perTERRAM. Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to connect! Beyond the food and drinks, expect good music, thoughtful conversation prompts, new connections and space to exchange stories about culture, herbalism, traditional medicine and the knowledge passed down through generations. You'll also have the opportunity to discover and purchase products from both businesses.
