It can change your friendships, your routines, your sense of who you are, and sometimes your sense of belonging. Everyone’s experience is different. Still, there’s real comfort in being around women who understand without needing a long explanation. That’s what this retreat is for. We’re bringing together a small group of women for one night at Soul Paths Retreat, in the woods near Port Perry, Ontario. You’ll step away from everyday responsibilities and spend time with other women who are separated, divorced, or building life afterward. You don’t need to have it figured out. You don’t need to share more than you want to. What to Expect Real conversation Shared meals, relaxed conversation, and gentle guided moments. Some conversations will go deeper. Others won’t. That’s up to you. Time to slow down Walk the trails, sit by the fireplace, use the hot tub, or find a quiet corner on your own. Guided wellness experiences We’ll offer a few guided experiences, which may include a meditation and a facilitated circle. No experience is needed. Take part in as much or as little as feels right. Room to be yourself There will be laughter, good food, downtime, and space to enjoy yourself. Participate as much or as little as feels right for you. This retreat is not therapy or a substitute for it. It’s a place to be with other women who understand. What’s Included • One night's accommodation at Soul Paths Retreat • Dinner on the evening of arrival • Breakfast and lunch the following day • A guided wellness experience (may include yoga, meditation, arts, facilitated circle, etc. No experience is needed. Fireplaces, wooded trails, comfortable rooms, and space to slow down. We’ll have the retreat to ourselves, so the setting stays private. Rooms are private or shared, with your own bed either way. Who Is This For? Women who are separated, divorced, or living life after the end of a marriage or long-term relationship. Whether it happened recently or years ago, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to be at a certain stage, have a particular story, or know anyone else attending. A Note From Your Host Hi, I’m Tanya. I went through my own divorce eight years ago, and I know how much life can change afterward. Since then, I’ve had growth, heartbreak, and some unexpected turns while rebuilding my life and family. Along the way, I wrote and published my book, Divorce Confessions, and built a divorce coaching business rooted in helping women navigate life after separation. But this retreat isn't about my story. It's about bringing women together, creating a space where they can feel seen and understood, and hopefully walk away with a few meaningful new friendships.
