Beaver Full Moon Sound Bath Sessions

Enjoy a soothing sound bath while embracing the transformative power of the full moon! Each month, I offer a limited number of Sound Bath Sessions. In November we will honour the Beaver Full Moon! The Beaver Full Moon carries themes of preparation, resilience, and building strong foundations. Traditionally named for the time when beavers busily reinforce their lodges and gather what they need to endure the winter, this moon reflects a season of steady work and thoughtful care for what lies ahead. Just as the beaver moves with patience, purpose, and an instinct for creating shelter and stability, this lunation invites us to tend to the structures in our own lives that support us—our homes, relationships, routines, and inner resources. The full moon marks a moment of illumination, completion, and release. Under the bright glow of the Beaver Moon, we are encouraged to pause and reflect on what we have been building and what still needs strengthening. It is a time to honor the efforts that have brought us this far while gently letting go of what no longer supports our growth. In this atmosphere of quiet preparation, we are invited to gather our energy, reinforce what truly matters, and move forward with patience and intention as we prepare for the deeper, more reflective season ahead. What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a guided, meditative experience where participants rest and listen to sound produced by various sacrd healing instruments. These may include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and the human voice. Rather than following a melody, the sounds are layered and sustained, creating a calming environment that supports deep connection, renewal, and nervous system regulation. Many people experience a sense of mental quiet, physical rest, and emotional release.
