A Place to BE: Women's Monthly Circle

A welcoming monthly in-person circle for women to connect, share, and simply be themselves. This women's circle is an invitation to pause, connect, and make a little space for YOU. Whether you're juggling work, family, and a never-ending to-do list, or navigating a new chapter in life, including retirement, and looking for connection and community, this is a space to slow down, meet other women, and simply BE. A space to show up just as you are, connect with others, speak your mind, and take time for YOU. You don't have to have it all figured out. No expectations. Just meaningful connections, real talk, and a breather. Each monthly gathering will include a short mindfulness practice (breathwork, meditation, gentle movement), a sharing circle centred around a monthly theme or reflection prompt, and time to enjoy tea, snacks, and connection. We'll explore things like: what is moving through us, what is there, what needs to release, and what we need a little more of in our lives. All of you is welcome here. Whether you are craving connection, a place to express yourself, or a break from the hustle and bustle: there is space for you here. Come as you are. You can share as much or as little as you want. Leave a little more connected, to yourself and others. No experience with mindfulness or women's circles is needed. Let's create a space where we can be REAL and we don't have to do it alone or have it all figured out. I look forward to creating a community with you.
