Join us for a guided Horse Meditation and discover a powerful way to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. This unique experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and become present alongside horses - highly intuitive animals known for their ability to reflect and respond to human energy. Unlike traditional meditation, working with horses brings an added layer of awareness and grounding.
