A Night Inside The Grounded Man Once a month, we open the doors and invite new men into the room to experience the community we’re building right here in Ottawa. This is a space of honesty, depth, and support that most guys don't have in their lives. A space for men to connect on what’s actually going on in their lives. Work. Relationships. Pressure.
