Join us at R Studio for an evening yoga class designed to help you slow down, move your body, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, all levels are welcome. Come as you are and enjoy an hour dedicated to mindful movement, strength, stretching, and relaxation in the beautiful R Studio space. Her approach blends mindful movement, strength, presence, and connection, creating classes that encourage you to meet yourself exactly where you are rather than striving for a particular version of what your practice should look like. At the heart of her work is a simple intention: to create spaces where you can return to yourself - even if only for an hour. Bring your own mat! Mats are not included.
