The therapeutic vibrations of these sacred instruments help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Each session includes gentle breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation to support both emotional and physical well-being. 🧘‍♀️ What’s Provided Small pillows, fleece blankets, and foam or inflatable mats are available.Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else you’d like to stay cozy throughout the experience. A thin, long-sleeved top is ideal, as it allows the vibrations from the sound bowls to pass more easily through the body than bulky layers. Please note: a consent form is required to participate and can be filled out before participation. Maximum of seven participants in a session.
