Winter Solstice Energy Bowl Workshop

Clear out the holiday chaos before it moves in. Make four Energy Bowls with herbs, crystals, and your own intentions. Materials included. December is a lot. The lists, the gifts, the people, the "where are we doing Christmas" negotiations. And somewhere in there you're supposed to feel merry. So before all of that hits, come take a couple of hours for YOU. The winter solstice is the longest night of the year. After it, the days start getting longer again. It's a really good time to look at what you're dragging into the new year, and what you're done dragging. I made my first Energy Bowls over ten years ago, in a house full of teenagers, pre-teens, and chaos. My family noticed something was different before I ever said a word about what they were. What you'll do: • Make four Energy Bowls with herbs, crystals, and your own intentions (fancy word for what you actually want your home to feel like) • Learn how to use them at home What you take home: • All four of your Energy Bowls • Instructions for using them at home Good to know: • No experience needed. I walk you through every step. • Materials and light refreshments included. You just bring you. • About 2 hours • Three sessions: Saturday, December 12, 10am to noon or 1 to 3pm, and Monday, December 14, 6:30 to 8:30pm • Small group: 15 spots per session, registration required • Free parking, or take OC Transpo Route 21 • The shop is on the second floor.
