This is one hour of beginner-friendly yoga shared with a pack of Corgis who have absolutely no interest in your to-do list and every interest in your face. Corgis are famously fluffy, absurdly low to the ground, and convinced they are much larger than they are. They will attempt your downward dog. They will not succeed. It will be the best part of your Saturday. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Corgi Yoga in Toronto does something a regular yoga class cannot. A dog wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. With Corgis specifically, there is also a solid chance one will attempt to herd the other puppies, fail completely, and look very proud of themselves anyway. People come back because it works, and because the memory of a Corgi flopped across your mat is genuinely hard to top. A note on Corgi puppies Corgis are herding dogs with enormous personalities packed into a compact frame. They are curious, playful, and surprisingly bold for their size. They tend to engage with everyone in the room rather than hanging back, which means you are unlikely to spend the session waiting for a dog to notice you. Expect zoomies, ear-to-ear grins, and at least one dog who decides your mat is now their mat. Families and kids This class is family friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies/dogs with care. Mats provided. No experience needed.
