French Bulldog Puppy Yoga in Toronto

Squishy French Bulldog puppies, easy beginner yoga, and the Saturday you've been meaning to take back in Toronto. Mats provided. Halloween morning, and you're spending it with French Bulldog puppies. Honestly, best decision you've made all month. Welcome to French Bulldog Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Toronto. This is a one-hour class where beginner-friendly yoga flows alongside a small group of French Bulldog puppies who have absolutely no interest in your form and every interest in your face. Frenchies are compact, bat-eared, and deeply convinced that whatever you're doing, they should be involved. Expect snoring, zoomies between poses, and at least one puppy who claims your mat as their own. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Puppy yoga in Toronto does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. On a Saturday morning, that kind of reset is hard to find anywhere else. A note on French Bulldog puppies French Bulldogs are affectionate, social, and endlessly entertaining. They love being close to people, which makes them natural yoga companions. They're also a little stubborn, a little dramatic, and prone to making sounds that will absolutely make you laugh mid-pose. Short legs, big personality, zero chill. Families and kids This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care. Mats provided. No experience needed. Come as you are, maybe in a costume, and let the puppies take it from there. Event Reference: YK-2026-0544
