Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Meditation with Camille and Trish

Join Camille & Trish for a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Meditation experience offering space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. As calming sounds from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other restorative instruments move through the space, Reiki energy is gently channeled into the meditation. Together, the sounds and energy invite you to slow down, settle in, and be present with whatever arises, allowing each person to experience the practice in whatever way feels right for them. No prior experience is needed, all are welcome. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable before we begin. What's provided: • Yoga mat • Pillow • Blanket • Bolster for under the knees You're welcome to bring: • An additional yoga mat if you'd prefer extra cushioning or support • Any personal items that help you feel comfortable during or after the meditation, such as a water vessel, an eye mask or journal for reflection About Your Facilitators: Camille is the heart behind Cenèji a practice rooted in cultivating centered energy for ease, joy, and inner harmony. As a Registered Reiki Master, Sound Practitioner, and Registered Nurse, she brings a compassionate, grounded presence to her work, creating experiences that invite the body and mind to slow down, soften, and settle. Her approach is gentle and inclusive, shaped by the belief that we all benefit from moments to rest, reflect, and simply be. With deep respect for the traditions and cultural roots of the practices she shares, Camille approaches each session with authenticity and humility. Rather than directing the experience, she honours each person’s autonomy and invites them to explore what feels right for them, trusting their own inner wisdom and capacity for healing and well-being. Trish @soundscapesbytrish is a Toronto-based Canadian of Caribbean descent, and a Wellness Facilitator devoted to creating nurturing, restorative spaces where individuals can experience deep relaxation, inner harmony, and mental clarity. Drawing on practices such as sound meditation, EFT tapping, and yoga, she takes an intuitive and compassionate approach to supporting others in regulating their nervous systems, releasing stored tension, and deepening their mindfulness practice, while cultivating the inner capacity to move through life with greater ease and presence. Her own path toward holistic wellness began in her mid-twenties, when she was navigating social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and depression. These experiences deeply affected her emotional and physical well-being, but through yoga, she discovered a way back to herself. Yoga helped her shift from an overactive mind into a grounded body, creating a sense of calm and helping her find balance within her nervous system.
