Mind & Movement Collective : Finding Balance

Join us in person to explore mindfulness and movement, finding your perfect balance in life and body. Finding balance doesn't always mean getting everything perfectly organized. Sometimes it begins with noticing what we need. In this 60-minute Mind & Movement Collective session, we'll explore the topic. Through guided movement, mindfulness, reflection and facilitated group interaction, we'll explore simple ways of bringing greater awareness into everyday life. What to expect • Approximately 30 minutes of guided, adaptable movement • A guided mindfulness practice • Reflection around self-care and nourishment • Opportunities for conversation and connection • Practical ideas to carry into everyday life No previous fitness or mindfulness experience is required.
