The Art of Natural Movement

Intro to animal-style & barefoot training with PRML Method founder Neil Jackson Join movement coach and PRML Method founder Neil Jackson for an introduction to animal-style movement and barefoot training. Neil will guide participants through a gentle, accessible movement sequence incorporating movements such as crouching, crawling and transitioning between the floor and standing. Along the way, he’ll explore how barefoot movement and the freedom provided by Vivo footwear can encourage greater foot articulation, strength and awareness while we move. The session is designed for all levels and no previous experience with animal-style movement is required. Participants should, however, be comfortable getting down to the floor and back up again with relative ease. Expect to play, explore and discover some new ways your body - and your feet - can move.
