Mindful Movement One-Day Retreat: Nectar Yoga, Bowen Island

Enjoy an afternoon designed to have you feeling refreshed and connected. Intentionally set in nature, you'll spend the day moving through Cheyenne's signature take on yoga, pilates, mindfulness and meditation. Nectar Yoga is just a 20 minute ferry ride from Vancouver! You can expect an incredible venue, great music, a balance of sweat and stillness - a lighthearted yet grounding experience on your mat. About Cheyenne: I've taught yoga, pilates, mindfulness and meditation collectively for over 10 years. I have a very simplistic style of teaching, aimed at the everyday person wanting to ease tention in their body. My language is clear and accessible. I host retreats and workshops around the lower mainland and on Bowen Island as well as offer online classes for busy humans. You can learn a bit more about me here!
