The Qi Station * Heath Collective is excited to host Cultivate and Receive, led by our very own practitioners Katie & Stacey Join us for a 60-minute self-care journey combining Medical Qigong, Reiki, and Tibetan singing bowls. Begin by cultivating awareness, breath, movement, and stillness through guided Medical Qigong, then transition into a restorative period of simply receiving. Leave with a greater sense of presence, connection, and practices to continue exploring as part of your self-care.
