You’ll be invited to lie back, quiet the mind, and allow the sound to support relaxation and nervous system reset. No prior experience is required. Simply arrive with an open mind and give yourself permission to slow down. About Zen Studios Vanessa Zen Lee is a certified sound practitioner who grew up in Vancouver, but lives in the hustle and bustle of NYC. After a difficult journey with insomnia - marked by hallucinations and panic attacks from going days, sometimes weeks, without sleep -Vanessa discovered sound baths as a natural way to sleep, meditate, and eventually wean herself off sleeping pills. Today, Vanessa has facilitated sound baths in spaces throughout Brooklyn, from intimate lofts and garages to horse farms in Upstate New York. Her vision is to make sound healing accessible to anyone looking to naturally reset their nervous system - whether they’re unwinding after a busy workday, moving through a difficult life chapter, or simply creating space to meditate and manifest their dream life.
