Intentionally set in nature, you'll spend the day moving through Cheyenne's signature take on yoga, pilates, mindfulness and meditation. Nectar Yoga is just a 20 minute ferry ride from Vancouver! You can expect an incredible venue, great music, a balance of sweat and stillness - a lighthearted yet grounding experience on your mat. About Cheyenne: I've taught yoga, pilates, mindfulness and meditation collectively for over 10 years. I have a very simplistic style of teaching, aimed at the everyday person wanting to ease tention in their body. My language is clear and accessible.
