About this event
Being a founder can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with a level of pressure that’s difficult to explain unless you’ve lived it. Sauna and cold plunging have become one of my most valuable tools for managing stress, building resilience, and creating space to reset. I’m hosting this evening because I’d love to share that experience with a small group of ten founders.

This isn’t a networking event, and there are no presentations, panels, or pitches. It’s simply a chance to step away from the day-to-day, recharge, and have honest conversations with other people who understand the journey. Space is limited to ten founders. Please only register if you’re confident you can attend, and let me know as early as possible if your plans change so I can offer your spot to someone else.
