Learn about how cacao and chocolate has been used and consumed, and sample a range of interesting chocolate and cacao samples (including drinks) that reflect the various styles and forms of chocolate spanning time and culture. Dietary Info: No samples will contain nuts or gluten (although can't guarantee no traces of either). Some will contain dairy, but you can opt for dairy-free. The dark chocolate is dairy-free/vegan by default. Please specify in checkout form if you have any dietary requests. All chocolate/cacao is sourced from ethical, traceable sources. This tasting is hosted by Geoseph who has worked in the chocolate industry for nearly 20 years. The tasting will be fun, interactive (come with questions) and beginners are more than welcome.
