We'll explore the essentials of an evening skincare routine using customized Eminence Organics products, including cleansers, serums, a nourishing masque, eye cream, and nourishing night cream. Discover a few moments of mindful self-care and learn simple rituals you can incorporate into your daily routine before settling into a gentle yoga-inspired practice. Following the skincare ritual, Tara Heal will guide you through a gentle and restorative movement class suitable for all levels. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and release the tension of the day. The experience will close with soothing sound healing and live vocal melodies, creating space to quiet the mind, soften the body, and fully unwind. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Each guest will receive a curated swag bag featuring customized Eminence Organics products used during the Glow session, allowing you to continue your self-care ritual at home. This immersive evening of wellness is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and ready for a restful night. Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed. About Tara Heal: Tara first found yoga as a budding theatre actor. Her career as a performer landed her in NYC where she called home for nearly 15 years and was able to soak in a variety of yoga styles and stellar teachers. In 2008 Tara took her first yoga teacher training and the learning has continued! Deep bows to her teachers/training programs: Rod Stryker, Johnna Smith, Mary Bruce, Mary Dana Abbott, Modo Yoga Faculty, Carly Forest, Janet Stone, Witold Fitz-Simmons, Kula Yoga NYC and Julia Forest to name just a few.
