Victoria Check Yourself Cold Plunge

Join us on Saturday Oct 24 at Cadboro Beach for our annual Check Yourself Cold Plunge in support of breast cancer awareness and research. Join us on Saturday, October 24 at Cadboro-Gyro Beach for our annual Check Yourself Cold Plunge, a morning of cold water, movement, music, Routine Coffee, and community in support of breast cancer awareness and research. We'll kick things off at 9 AM with mingling and coffee. At 9:45 AM we'll warm up with a breathwork and movement series lead by Jojo, then we'll take the plunge together, rain or shine. For the fifth year, we’re raising funds for BC Cancer Foundation in memory of our dear friend and teammate, Natalie Matko, who passed away from breast cancer in 2022. Natalie continues to inspire us to come together, move with purpose, and use our platform to remind our community to know their bodies and Check Yourself. Throughout October, 100% of sales from our Check Yourself Collection and Pink Swim & Sun Protection will be donated to BC Cancer Foundation. Take the plunge. Make an impact. Check Yourself.
