Midlife looks fine, so why does it feel like something shifted?

This workshop is an opportunity to pause, take stock of where you are now & begin exploring what matters to you in this next part of life. Midlife can leave us wondering: Who am I now? For years, much of who we are has been shaped by our roles, responsibilities, relationships, and the expectations we’ve carried along the way. Then something begins to shift. What once fit may not fit quite the same way anymore. Part learning, part conversation, part reflection. Through a mix of brief teaching, shared learning and facilitated discussion, adults 45+ will have an opportunity to explore the shifts and questions that often emerge in midlife.
