Max Meditation - Thursdays

This one-hour guided meditation class offers you the time and space to reset, let go of mental noise, and reconnect with your center. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or simply out of practice, this session is a chance to be held in a calm, supportive container while you build the inner muscle of mindfulness. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Just show up, and be guided inward. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Class begins at 5:45 PM. We settle into the room, sometimes do a bit of movement mediation and then move into stillness. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. $5 exchange *please note : Drop-In (single session) price will increase to 10$ per session as of November 1, 2027 I am also introducing packages and Zoom availability to encourage ongoing practice.
