Rest as Medicine: Breath+Sound Workshop

rest as medicine is an evening of intentional breathwork, meditation + sound designed to help you slow down, get out of your head and reconnect with your body. we’ll start with grounding and guided breathwork, explore simple tools for nervous system regulation, and then settle in for an extended 432 HZ crystal singing bowl sound bath. nothing to achieve. nothing to perform. a space to breathe, soften + receive. this workshop isn’t about escaping your life. it’s about learning how to create moments of rest within it. what to expect - guided breathwork + meditation - grounding + nervous system practices - crystal singing bowls + sound - lots of time lying down - space to rest + integrate - a cozy evening in the exchange no experience needed. you don’t need to be “good” at meditating or know anything about breathwork. bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow + whatever makes the floor feel a little more comfy. sweats encouraged. come comfortable + curious. thursday, september 24 | 6–8 pm the third place · the exchange
