RELEASE & LET IT MOVE: Voice Activation & Soundbath

RELEASE & LET IT MOVE Voice Activation · Soundbath · Element AIR What if we start to listen more to our inner voice to release? RELEASE & LET IT MOVE Voice Activation · Soundbath · Element AIR What if we start to listen more to our inner voice to release ? Sometimes emotions, thoughts and energy move through our bodies long before we find the words for them. For me, one of the most natural ways to reconnect with myself has always been through my voice. I breathe. I feel. I sing. Sometimes softly. Sometimes playfully. Sometimes loudly and freely. Not to perform. Not to sound beautiful. But simply to let something move. The voice can become a way of listening inward — reconnecting with our body, our feelings, our inner strength and the energy that is already there. RELEASE & LET IT MOVE This evening is an invitation to explore your voice in a playful, gentle and embodied way. To release what wants to be released. To give sound to what wants to move. To create space in the body. And to reconnect with your own natural expression. You don't need to be a singer. There is nothing to get right. Your voice doesn't have to sound a certain way. It simply has to be yours. WHAT TO EXPECT 🌿Arriving in the Body We begin with gentle breath and embodied practices to connect with the body and create space. 🌿Voice Activation Gentle vocal and embodied exercises using breath, sound, vibration and playful exploration — inviting you to connect with your voice without pressure or performance. 🌿Release & Movement Space to explore what happens when we allow sound, breath and movement to flow through the body rather than holding everything in. 🌿30 min Soundbath A deeply relaxing Soundbath with calming instruments, allowing you to settle, receive and integrate before moving gently into your weekend. THE FOCUS Release · Expression · Breath · Movement · Inner Power · Freedom You can come with a quiet voice. You can come with a loud one. You can come curious. You can come shy. You don't have to perform. Just let it move. No previous singing, voice or Soundbath experience is needed. Come as you are. Ps.: Please bring comfy clothes, warm socks, your waterbottle and a journal
