Autumn Equinox: A Yoga Practice of Balance & Centering

This gathering offers an opportunity to pause and turn inward. Through guided reflection, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we will explore themes of balance, centering, and releasing. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you are warmly invited to come as you are. The class is open to all levels and will offer accessible options to support different experiences and needs. No previous yoga experience is required. What to expect Arrival and settling in Guided journaling and reflection Pranayama Gentle, mindful yoga practice Relaxation and meditation Closing and optional community connection Time: 09:30–11:30 This is a donation-based event. A suggested contribution of €10–20 is appreciated, but everyone is welcome regardless of their ability to contribute. Please bring a yoga mat, water, notebook, blanket and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. You are also welcome to bring a warm cup of tea to share together afterwards.
